These are demonstration records — boats invented to show how the field grid, the completeness score and the em-dash grammar behave. None is for sale, and none is copied from any portal. The first real listing arrives when a seller brings one. List a real one →

A pin sits at the city or marina the advert named — not an exact berth or address. Open one and it says which. The map background comes from OpenStreetMap, so this view shows them your IP address. The list view does not.

Publishing is one step, and only the price can be changed afterwards. There is no draft to review first — read the advert before you paste it.
Read what it found, and what it missed
The panel prints every field it lifted and every one it could not. Blanks stay blank — we will not guess a beam to round the page out. Every later change is a new dated version, so a price drop is something the listing says out loud.
