Lista

Our fees

Every fee we have, on one page.

Listing is free today: no listing fee, no time limit, no commission when you sell. On a listing, money buys one thing — a fact somebody else can check.

Not built yet.We mean to ask, after a quiet stretch, whether a listing is still for sale — one click, free. It is not built. Until it is, nothing expires: your listing stays up.

Demo.Nothing here can charge you. Every purchase is simulated and stamped DEMO on the listing and on its timeline. The prices below are the real grid.

For sale

The one thing for sale.

Registry check (L2)

For sale

€9 – €199, by asking price

An official check against the registry that covers this kind of asset. What it confirms is marked verified on the listing, for everyone.

Who pays · The seller — or any buyer who wants it checked

Launch offer — the first 25 boats

For sale

free

The same check, at no charge, for the first 25 boats listed here. We are seeding this market with verified boats, and we would rather say so than dress it up.

Who pays · Nobody — we pay for it

Published fee grid — the asking price, converted to euro, picks the band.

Opening-bid listings (utgångspris/auction) are banded on the stated opener, minimum €49 — openers understate value.

No per-seller rate and no negotiated price. Same table, everyone.

What the check confirms

A registry check confirms what a registry holds, and only for a field the listing already states. A blank field cannot be verified.

Paying is not proof

Paying orders the check. It does not turn a single lamp green — verification lands only when the registry answers, and if it cannot confirm something, that field stays ◐ and says so.

Buyers pay nothing

Browsing, searching, briefs, comparisons, questions and dossiers cost nothing today. A buyer may also pay for a check on a listing — the result publishes on the listing for everyone, not privately to them.

Refusals

What we will not sell you

These are the actual refusals in our checkout, not a policy page. Try to buy a check we cannot run and you get one of these back.

  • The listing is not published. Nothing that is not on the market can be verified.
  • The listing is already registry-verified. There is nothing left to buy.
  • A check is already ordered on this listing. One check per listing — nothing more to pay.
  • The asking price is in a currency we cannot convert, so we cannot band the fee against the published grid. We will not invent a price.
  • The listing is under €5,000 and does not state what it is (length, year, living area). There is nothing for a registry to match.
  • The listing is held for review. A held listing cannot buy proof.
  • The listing states none of the fields this check can confirm. The check would come back empty, so we will not sell it. Add the fields and the check becomes worth buying.
  • Some registries answer only the owner. A buyer cannot order that check — the seller can. No boat registry is currently on that list, so this refusal does not fire today; it is published because the list is expected to grow, not shrink.
  • You are not signed in. We bind a check to the account that ordered it, so nobody can order one on your listing but you, and so there is a receipt with your name on it.
  • You are not the seller of that listing. You may still pay for the check as a buyer — the result then publishes on the listing for everyone, not privately to you.
  • That listing was published before accounts existed, so nobody owns it. Take ownership with its listing key and it becomes yours to manage.
  • This account has already used its free launch slot. One per account — the seeding budget is meant to cover 25 different boats, not one enthusiastic one.
  • You are signed in as a demo identity — a name you typed, with nothing behind it. It can order the simulated check and nothing that reaches a payment rail. The capability table on your account says the same thing, and this is the line that enforces it.

Never

What money cannot buy here

  • A position in the results. A ranking to sell does not exist in our system — there is no such field on a listing.
  • A bump, a boost, a refresh, a featured slot, a highlighted card.
  • A kinder comparison. Verdicts are computed from the fields, and what a seller paid is not one of them.
  • A friendlier inspection result. The verdict attaches whatever it says.
  • Your data. We do not sell what buyers do here to anyone.
  • An organisation account. A brokerage gets a place to manage what it sent us — never a page of its own, never a mark on the market, never a discount.
  • A volume discount. Same table, everyone. Forty checks is forty checks at the published price.

Not yet

Decided, not for sale.

None of it can be bought today. The fee is printed where one has been set, so nobody has to ask later what changed.

Independent inspection (L3)

Referral — we take no money from you

the partner's own price · our referral fee €60 (marine survey), published

An independent partner inspects the asset and the verdict attaches to the listing — whatever it says. You pay for the test, not the result.

Who pays · You pay the surveyor directly. We add €0 to their price.

Why not yet · No surveyors or inspection partners are signed yet, so there is nothing to book. The fee is published in advance so nobody has to ask.

Rewriting a listing with the engine

Not for sale yet

Re-running the engine over facts you have already stated, to present them better. It could never add a fact or move a listing anywhere.

Who pays · The seller, eventually

Why not yet · Decided, not built, and not priced. We will not print a number we have not committed to.

A paid tier for buyers

Not for sale yet

Deeper buyer tools. Browsing, searching, briefs, comparisons, questions and dossiers cost nothing today.

Who pays · Buyers, eventually

Why not yet · Not built and not priced. It would only make sense with thousands of live listings in one segment. There are far fewer than that today.

A paid verified tier for brokerages

Not for sale yet

A way for a brokerage to be more verifiable than its rivals — never more visible.

Who pays · Brokerages, eventually

Why not yet · Brokers publish here free today. The paid tier is not built and not priced.

The owner’s side

The boat book.

Not a listing fee: the boat book is an owner’s private record of a boat — service log, document vault, a documentation grade. The log, the grade and your own export are free at every tier. Plus buys storage and print.

Boat bookfree

One boat, the whole log, the grade, reminders. Every account starts here.

Boat book Plus€49 / year

More boats, unlimited documents, the printable book. In this build the upgrade is a simulation — nothing here can take this money.

The full grid, and what Plus does not buy, is on the boat book’s own page.

After the money moves

Your receipt, and the running count.

The listing’s timeline records every purchase as a dated event that never disappears, real or simulated. Your account holds the order: the amount, the band, the exchange rate and its date. Any invoice comes from the payment provider — Lista has no legal entity and no VAT registration, so it cannot issue one. If the order and the timeline disagree, the receipt says so rather than picking a winner.

Demo counters live in one server’s memory, so a refresh can show a different number. In live mode this is one durable count.

Nothing can be bought from this page. A check is offered on the listing itself, or not at all.
